Today, I got my wisdom teeth cut out. While my girlfriend was driving me home, I, still being high on the laughing gas, accidentally admitted to cheating on her. She was kind enough to wait until the numbness wore off before she punched me in the face. FML

It's that simple. Yea, it may cause her pain from the break-up, but not near as much pain if she realized you cheated on her. If the wisdom teeth have not grown in, they have to be cut out, yes. Not everyone can afford to wait for their teeth to grow completely in and have them ripped out.

Or worse, they start growing in through the sides (if there is no room in your mouth), coming out of your gums like mine did.

I have one that's partially underneath one of my molars and is pushing it out as it's growing in. I can't get it taken out yet though, cause I can't have those drugs while I'm pregnant ]:
