Dude, that was assault. Report her ass and get some compensation. It's understandable to get frustrated/angry but to lose control, to the point that you damage yourself/property/others? That's some serious, deep-rooted anger issues that needs to be worked out on her end.
Anger management seems like a must for her. No matter the circumstances, the way she went ballistic on you is not acceptable.
Yeah that really sucks. Next time try not to egage at all with physically aggressive customers. Just call security or the police and let them handle it.

i would definitely report her. Such anger in general is not normal and attacking u when u are trying to help... unacceptable. Yes u can be angry at a costumer. Yes u can express ur anger, but not in this violent way. Its just so unprofessional.
