ARE YOU ******* SORRY?

Today, I was at the park with my friends. We were all having fun on the swings, when out of nowhere I heard a thud, followed by a child crying. Turns out I accidentally kicked him in the head. FML

Sounds like It was the kid's fault anyways. You never walk in front of a person while they are swinging.

You should've been paying attention, and you should feel bad… YDI! Poor kid:( f his l

The kid should have been paying attention especially since there is a big possibility that the kid could have been behind him or that the kid ran in front of the swings, not much you can do there.

Maybe if his hooker mom was paying attention to where her kid was instead if trying to find someone to blow for crack, she would have been keeping him out of the way. /joking But seriously, kids have zero spatial perception. Ever seen them run into the street, or into the path of a stick swinging at a pinata? You have if you've ever watched AFV for five minutes. They can't perceive whether where they're wandering could be a potentially dangerous situation. A parent should have been watching him. Unfortunately, there's probably no way OP could have stopped her momentum fast enough to avoid hitting him when he ran into her path. That's when you jump off the swing and mosey off.

The kid should have been more careful, I can't see how a kid can get hit in the head from someone being on the swing unless he walks in front or behind the swinger, in that case it's the kids YDI

You heard a thud? You didn't FEEL the kid's head? Haha...that's like saying you hit a deer and didn't feel it
