Could have been worse. She could have completed the scavanger hunt and then laughed at you.
If the woman's tired ball up and take her to a romantic dinner, but don't pop the question during dinner, walk home if you can and stop at your little bench and ask.
OP's Username. Ouch
Don't worry, OP, she probably just didn't think it would lead to anything big Get her again when she's in a better mood!
Whilst it was a great idea and really thoughtful, you should have checked at some point she was actually doing it rather than assuming she would. To you it was a big deal, to her it was just a random game she was too tired for. I feel bad for both of you. Try again op and make sure she's playing next time!
That's a dumb idea, especially since OP's user name is "it rained outside." I understand OP wanted the proposal be creative and memorable (kudos, really), but scavenger hunts are something that children do in nice weather. I can't think of one adult woman who would want to go on a scavenger hunt (without her kids).

Great idea but FYL. Maybe next time you should remember to include some motivation.
That sounds like the sweetest proposal ever awww...propose to me, OP :p
