Babyface

By all tweened out - 20/02/2015 20:00 - Canada

Today, I drove alone for the first time since I passed my test. I kept getting weird looks from other drivers and got pulled over by a cop. He said I was clearly underage and was sure my license was fake. Almost half an hour later, he finally let me go. I hate having a baby-face. FML

Well congratulations! At least you passed your test :)

Just make sure to have your license on you at all times and it's all gravy baby. Besides having a baby face will come in handy later in life.

When I lived in the UK, I got ID'd when trying to buy a lottery ticket. You have to be 16 to buy one, I was 24.

Many shops just ID everyone because it's their store policy to. I know pensioners who have been ID'd.

I get weird looks too. I'm 4'11'' XD

I'm 4'7 lol I get it all the time when I drive

I'm 6'2"... either of you want to trade heights?

I was about to say this sounded like an FML on its own. It's not so bad. Looking young has its benefits too.

Two solutions: 1. Hormonal Shots 2. Plastic Surgery Hopefully, this way, you never run into issues like this again.

i think having his license or ID on him would be a more adequate solution.

Do Canadian police not have computers? Could the cop not just run the license number through the system and confirm that it was legitimate?

Yes, our cops have computers in their car too, although there's a possibility the car was registered to his dad and op isn't listed on anything. However, as someone else has mentioned, the cop should've been able to tell fairly quickly that the ID was real, so it doesn't make sense that it took that long. On the other side, cops always leave you sitting in the car forever waiting for a ticket or anything else, who knows what they're really doing in there!

You'll love it when you're older

Some guys can't grow beards until well in their 20's... my husband being one of them.

Many people assume I'm 15-16, in reality I'm already 23. I hope I'll look young even when I'm older so I can feel good about it...

#2. I know how you feel! I work in a bank and this man came up to me and said flat out "you don't look old enough to work here." ;___;
