Maybe you should put your microwave somewhere where a 4 year old can't reach it.
Depends how high. Four year olds are about a meter (or a yard or three feet or around 20 upright eggs or whatever unit you prefer to use) in height. add that to the height of a chair. All above that is very hard (though not impossible) to reach for them. Or you could just put a child lock on the blasted thing.
Learning physics the hard way.
At least it wasn't aluminum foil, or a gremlin. Those buggers are a mess to clean up!
Everyone knows you shouldn't shower, or do anything in the bathroom when you have kids around that age. Things will explode.
I am so glad my microwave is built in above the stove so my four year old cannot reach it. good luck with your little experimenter.
Son nothing will happen as long as u don't turn it on....
Why does a 4 year old have access to Eggs and a Microwave.

Sounds like a great opportunity to teach him to clean a microwave.
The wonder of having small kids.. Good luck with that clean up!
