Buckle up

Today, my girlfriend broke up with me for a familiar reason; I apparently have night terrors that make me "Impossible to sleep in the same room with." I don't ever remember these dreams. Every other girlfriend I've had has ended up breaking things off with me for the same reason. FML

People rarely remember night terrors, not your fault. Just find a nice deaf girl.

You should get a sleep study done.

Go make an appointment with a psychologist sort out what ever the cause is BEFORE u scare the next Gf off

Night terrors and nightmares are different things. Nightmares are dreams while night terrors are just a pure sense of fear. As another commentor said they don't even occur during your cycle of sleep where you have dreams. Also fyl, sorry.

This has probably already been said but set up a camera and record yourself sleeping. Or you can ask a trusted friend to help. You can also go to a doctor of course...

luckly my husband went to a dr appt with me and the dr told him about night terrors. He thought i was just having a bad dream and would try and wake me up. That never ended well. Sorry op i totaly understand how you feel. There are sleeping meds that can help.

Have you considered going to a sleep specialist? There might be a reason for these terrors and your mind is just blocking them out. But, FYL if you can't even remember what you dream about and are single because of it.

That's pretty sad... See a therapist you psycho.

my husband said i had a night terror that a giant snake man was coming to eat us. So i layed on him and punched him in the face and told him "be still im protecting you" hell if that happened in real life i would run and let the snake man eat him while i get away lol

If you KNOW you have night terrors, seek medical help. Simple.
