Go see a sleep specialist and get checked out. If you have night terrors and it's costing you every relationship you've ever had, don't you see that as a problem?
Tell your doctor. He may do a sleep study to get to the root of the problem. My bf had similar issues. Turns out he has sleep apnea. Good lock OP!
