Burn!

Today, I was trying to remove a temporary tattoo my friend put on my cheek. When warm water and soap didn't work, I tried something else. Just so you know, Mr. Clean Magic Erasers do not, in fact, work by magic. Tell that to the massive chemical burn covering half my face. FML

Smart. Not the best idea, now is it? Magic erasers are not for bodies.

But it SAYS not to use it on skin. Try reading the instructions first.

FYI those are not "massive chemical burns". Either you made this up or it's an allergic reaction. I've used it on my skin with no different reaction than a normal sponge. In fact, the main way it works is micro-scrubbing. In fact, it's decently good for your skin. Maybe you shouldn't scrub your face after it hurts.

#184... Rubbing alcohol or Magic Eraser.... Rubbing alcohol it is!!! I'm pretty sure if anybody had the choice between those 2, they would go with rubbing alcohol. At least, I hoped so until this...

Dude, anything that leaves chemical burns would have to be in special packaging and be clearly labeled (like drain cleaner). Since its something you are expected to clean with or without gloves, its clearly safe. Either you are making it up, or you just had an allergic reaction. Either way you shoulda used rubbing alcohol.

They don't burn skin, stupid. Another BS one. :B

Gah! Next time you need to get something off your body like that, use something like Lava soap. It has pumice in it, and will rub that stuff right off. Plus its soap, so its meant to clean your skin!

Why didnt you just use rubbing alochol!?!? Eesh

hey #170, you are a dipshit, magic erasers don't have lye in them you moron, the only thing in them is melamine foam. how about you know what you're talking about before you try to say something stupid.

do you look like two-face now? because thats a pretty sweet way to get a realistic costume for halloween in... 5 months.
