Man, stories like this make me so glad I'm not in high school anymore. I really really hope that you didn't just dutifully deliver the invitation. The best strategy would be to say you'd deliver it then "forget" or "accidentally" lose it. The next best strategy would be to tell Ms. Popular to F Off to her face.
Trying to get revenge will almost certainly backfire. I'd say the best advice is to give it to Mary, not go to the party, and look forward to the fact that people will be nicer and more accepting once you're older. A few people I knew who used to be picked on in school have a ton of friends now.
Crash the party. That's what I would do. LOL!
Just go to the party. You have an invite to "prove it" that you were invited. Then steal all the presents. The cake, too. Also, if you can, puke on her.
You should have said no and then ripped it up in front of her.
Most popular girl in grade? Never been invited to a birthday party? Agree with #8 & #33. Elementary kids shouldn't even use FML. This isn't really an FML. You will get invited to lots of birthday parties in the future. Don't worry about it. Oh and go up to "Popular girl" and EAT THE INVITE. Shove it in your mouth and tell her Mary doesn't want to go.

eat the invitation.
That's horrible, but I hate to say: that's how some kids are. You just have to accept it, and move on...and maybe if you feel like it, burn the invite. It's ok if Mary doesn't go to the party. I mean, maybe that girl will think Mary doesn't like her and you'll have your revenge.
