Today, I was one of five people called up to the front in class to receive a special notice from the school administration. The first four people received awards for outstanding effort in school. Mine was a notice that I had overdue library fines. FML

The whole "awards ceremony" facade was just a big scam -- it was really a school-wide intervention to confront you about your hoarding behavior. They want you to go to the meetings of Pack Rats Anonymous. It's like all of those 12-step programs, except that it's only 4 steps. They don't want you bastards hoarding steps!

I think the library is good... use it for research... some teachers make you have book references on projects

I'm just saying some people use it because teachers make them have book references, it doesn't say what the books were so just my thought that it's a possibility

lol Yeah just pay the fines and next time keep track of what you've borrowed from the library. If it takes you that long to read a book, well...yeah.
