Um yah. you F'd the life of the person you hit. did you think of that? Driving means driving. I'm not gonna lie, I use my phone when driving, and feel I am a good safe driver. But I never trade my full attention or even half of it on anything other than the road. However, I do understand your frustration with the radio noises... I think the siren and car horn noises should not be allowed... they are distracting because I am always trying to figure out if its real or not.

I hate when radio stations (be it ads or songs) use alarms or sirens to get your attention. It conditions you to stop listening to these crucial noises.
