Ahh that sucks!! He obviously knew you were there...what was the point of him backing up? What an asshole x(. I hope you got his plate number and called the police. That's happened to me...a long time ago though. I was in our Camry with our au pair at the time, in the crowded traffic circle, dropping off my sister at school, when this HUGE SUV in front of us starts backing up. We just stared at it like "Nooo, she won't...she would look to see if anyone's behind her, right?", and of course she didn't and backed right into us. Our car lurched backwards, and the lady was about to drive away, when my au pair gets out of the car and goes up to the lady's window. Turns out she didn't even know she hit us, and didn't feel it AT ALL x(. She didn't even apologize. Ugh, stupid soccer moms with giant SUVs think they own the road. And then there was the time this guy hit us, damaged our car, and got out to talk to us, but didn't want his son to know he borrowed his car and asked us not to call the police. Then, when we weren't looking, he got back in his car and drove away. I noticed though, called the police, and jotted down his license plate number just in time without him knowing. He was in SO MUCH trouble xD.
