This is a scent-memory thing. I'll bet a chick (or dude) you were into smelled similarly. There are vanilla scented lotions and stuff. Or maybe a vanilla scented candle was burning one time you were gettin it on. You probably don't have a conscious memory of it though. Totally understandable. And hot!
