I had something similar happen to me. I sneezed while my head was turned in an awkward position which caused a muscle spasm in my neck. I was unable to move for a few hours, had to stay home for the next few days, and wasn't even allowed to carry my backpack around for the next two weeks. On top of that, when I got back to school all the people who normally wouldn't have noticed my absence made me recount my story, and everyone thought I was lying about being incapacitated by a sneeze. Noname has been having some bad days, I hope they get better soon
Only a few people here have posted real comments, the rest must entertain yourself by laughing at something that could be very serious.

Disc herniation can result in a broken/chipped spinal level, which can severely damage or impinge upon the spinal cord. Unfortunately the #1 sign of spinal cord damage is involuntary excretion and urination. Either way that suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!
