Today, it was my first big time art show. To celebrate I went out to lunch with some people whose work was also there. When we got back, police were everywhere. Someone had broken in and stolen all of the art. All except mine. Even burglars don't want my art. FML

Seriously? You're lucky your hard work didn't get stolen so quit whining. For all you know, the burglars didn't take your art because by the time they reached yours, the alarm went off and they had to make a run for it, not because your art wasn't good.

someone didnt steal your shit? cry me a ******* river. i feel bad for the artists whose work got stolen. theyre the ones who are ******. theyre the ones who worked extremely hard on their work, and then it got stolen. stop being an attention *****. this isnt an FML is the least. and i also highly doubt that your work wasnt the only work taken, this is probably a huge exaggeration.

God, will you people shut up?! Do really have that little of a life that you have to sit here and bitch about the fact that's its "Not an FML" ? If it was approved by someone moderating and it made it all the way through, guess what kids..it's an FML. So stop whining, enjoy the stories for what they are, and if you can't, you're probably missing th point of the site.

It's interrpreted differently, mate. He personally just thinks his art was so bad that no one wanted it. I personally think that he is one of the luckiest artists in the world. He has no competition, his hard work was not stolen, and his products are still sellable. If your art was featured in a show, it doesn't suck. You just need to stop thinking of one conclusion and think of the others why they didn't take your artwork. I don't think this is an fml because of all the benefits, but the moderaters and the OP chose it to be such because he looked at it in ONE way and so did the moderaters.

I don't seriously see how this is a FML for you. :/ Sure, it's a sad story, but would you be happy if they had stolen your art work? Most thieves don't have the time to pick everything they want, so they may have stolen random stuff. who's -> whose* where -> were I don't usually mind reading incorrect grammar, but this one annoyed me particularly.
