Ya know the guy could have been lying.....
And she didn't have scars on her face? Or other signs that would indicate she was the girl in the picture and had been disfigured in some way
the I.D. was probably old. and her car accident was probably more recent than her I.D.
oh read that wrong. she probably had the scars removed. and who knows maybe her face was really messed up in the accident.
Bunch of people have already said it, but I'll say it again anyway.. It's not your fault. You're just doing your job. Plus, I would imagine that after doing this for a few hours several times, you come to meet LOTS of kids with fake IDs and not too many who unfortunately, became disfigured as a result of a car accident. While it definitely sucks for the girl, to be fair, she probably should have gotten a new ID...
"He deserves to be reprimanded for being unjustly rude to the customer." I suggest you read the FML again, #22; the OP basically said that the girl looked nothing like the photo in her ID. In a job where you see fakes all the time, give the OP a ******* break; when's the last time YOU ran into a bouncer who was looking to make friends with every college student handing him an ID?
The OP definitely did not deserve it, he was just doing his job and she probably should've gotten her ID updated if she'd been so horribly disfigured.
i'd say the same thing. i don't want to get fired for getting an underage person in. "better safe than sorry." you don't come across ppl who've been in serious accidents very often

Not your fault. You didn't know.
Well then she should have updated her I.D.
