Dress him up as the dude from Midnight Oil. Problem solved, mate!
Give him a blue arrow tattoo on his head and change his name to Aang lol
That explains why he's / she's the ex, tho...
By any chance, did you break up with this guy because of his hatred of Jews and his effort to help the superior Aryan race succeed?
Sorry OP, your ex sounds like a real a@#$. Bless your son because it seems as his dad does not want to. Also a review of his future visits may be in order. Check with your lawyer.
Well it IS summer in Australia and nothing says mamma's boy like a cute hairstyle for the first day of school. Thumbs up to dad!
Yes, thumbs up to dad for setting his four year old up for even WORSE teasing than if his hair was styled. He's four, meaning his oldest classmates could MAYBE be six at most. Nearly every child that age does not have a concept of being a "mama's boy," because they're at an age at which they are still HIGHLY attached to their caretakers. Add in that pretty much every parent gets their kid's hair styled and cut the day before they first go to school, he WOULD have just been another kid in the crowd. NOW he's going to stick out like a sore thumb and far more likely to be bullied. And when bullying starts at that age it does not stop unless something major happens. So no, not "thumbs up to dad," dad needs some common sense and basic instructions at good parenting beat into his basic logic and empathy deprived brain. Especially since he's using the kid to passive-aggressively get back at his ex-wife without giving a **** about the collateral damage to his son. So, if you think that's acceptable behavior from a parent or guardian, do the world a favor and don't have kids, and if you already have kids, I feel really bad for them.
Well on the bright side he won't be bringing home any nits or lice
Luckily it's not a permanent thing. It'll grow back, don't stress.
Ex for a reason!
Are you worried he'll develop a Krillin complex?

Welp, your ex left you no choice; the only means of retaliation is to send your son back scalped.
Well, it worked for Caillou.
