Honestly, at this point, he's just enabling her behaviour by not reporting it or telling her to back off. He's allowing her to think she has a chance to get between you two. I'd be having a good, long chat to hubby about this, because it's not fair to either you or her. And the longer he allows this to continue, the more there's a chance of it becoming a hostile work environment towards you if she decides to turn it into an actual battle for his affections.
