There must be something the management can do. Are there any cameras in the area where you're parked? Did you park in the employee parking area? Have you reported it to the police?

If all 4 of them are slashed the insurance will pay you but if only 3 are slashed you have to pay out of pocket. (Just what I heard)

If he slashed all 4, your insurance will cover it (if you have insurance). Slash three of his tyres, so he has to pay for them.
