Just don't do multiplayer, that shit can break up your relationship in three laps.
wow, what a dickhole. it's pretty stupid how ppl take that game waaay too seriously.. I admit it is a fun game, but there's real life to be living thats way better then a virtual life ppl. like really... Hun, I suggest you have a good talk about this addiction to WoW with your husband.
As a veteran player of the game for 4 years, it frustrates me to no end how people from the outside can just dismiss WoW players- or any video game player at all- as being some sickly, lowlife nerd who has little regard for anything in the outside world and other real social relationships. Let me get something straight here: THAT IS A STEREOTYPE. Unless OP's husband was in some important guild in his game, filled with friends at the workplace who he directly interacts with every day (my situation), then he is part of the sad stereotype that brings shame to the gaming community and his wife has reason to sit him down and discuss his issue. If not, then he's probably caught up just playing with his friends. I play video games for many hours on my PC every day, but I only use it to pass the time when nobody wants to hang out. OP's husband does have an issue regarding his relationship that needs to be sorted out, but he is most likely not a slave to this game.
I love how all my comments have been removed. So, in celebration of this monumental occasion, I have composed a song for all to enjoy. Please all gather round the FML post for the show is about to start.
So many comments ... gone @_@
You got some splainin to do, Lucy! How did you get pregnant if you were living in a different country from your husband? And even if you were in the same country... how did you get pregnant if he just plays video games all the time?
Lower the lights, put on some music, take off some clothes, apply some perfume, and seduce him with your irresistable feminine charm. Remind him that pregnancy means that birth control is unnecessary. if he can't get it up for that, maybe you and the baby are all the "proof" he needs to pass as heterosexual (and in that case, FYL)
Hang on.. so you're married to a guy in a different country...who knocked you up... who then brought you to the same country. This sounds weird, usually if people are going to get married and start a family they should live near each other before hand right? And does he not have a job/income or something. If he's on WoW all the time, why are you having a baby together? I guess you must work, I hope you get maternity pay leave? And i don't really know how you can fix this.. but whatever you do he still has to pay he child support.. right??
Throw his computer out the window. that's ridiculous, I can't believe people forsake their whole lives and a chance for happiness and success just for a stupid game (but I do believe it because I've seen it happen as well). That shit should be illegal, talk about ruining lives and tearing families apart...
obvously haven't thought this through...married, share money so he wil just go out and buy another $1000 computer with the money he makes to support them. minus one beach vacation that summer
