If you abandoned your dog- and if you adopted him/her, that is indeed your dog- without trying treatment methods for the allergies, then you're a shitty pet owner and more than likely an overall shitty person. The dog will be better off without you. Do the animals of the world a favor and give up on pet ownership instead of giving up on any more pets.
