I understand the OPs panic...and I really do applaud your attempts to help out. Even if it did end badly for you. :/ You should really call EMS, but on a really hot day--who knows how many more seconds are critical... And @Empirical tyrant....unfortunately that isn't always true. People leave their kids, pets, babies in the car windows up, windows down more than we realize...there's a lot of news stories about parents who leave babies/children in the car, windows up or car running, etc. People are nuts, and people don't think.
**** the cops. they always take waaaaaaaaay too long. take matters into your own hands
Babies die from being locked in hot cars all the time. They did the right thing. Once when my 4 year old cousin had an allergic reaction to a bee, I called the police, and I got the busy signal. Even when I finally got through it took them half an hour to come. By then it was too late.
i am a mother and EMT student and i really appreciate your effort in trying to help a crying baby in a hot car. death of infants like that is not uncommon. it is a horrible way for a child to die.... its happened to many children. better it turned out a doll and not really someones kid. it could have been a child, after having passed out from heat exhaustion after crying and there wasnt enough time to call authorities at that point. so i really want to say thank you for being so caring and looking out. you could have saved someones life! and next time you really could! =) sorry about the shittiness of the situation though. but yeah. i think about my kids and i appreciate you more. =) so really, thank you. hope you feel better. =)
Ahh. D= I'd do something like that. D= OP, look more carefully.
your retarded for not looking in the car before you broke the window. ydi
and the person on your profile pic is retarded for... you know.. doing what he's doing.
but if it was a doll, then why WAS IT CRYING??? Dun-dun-dun....
