That was extremely immature and unprofessional of them. If you have an HR department, you should report your boss. If not, maybe consider finding another place to work where your boss will respect you.

There's a lot of people saying that it's "just a joke", but being pretty much harassed by my own boss practically 24/7 at my last job that drove me to cry once every half hour over time and even as far as wanting to commit suicide after office hours - Go to the HR. That's borderline harassment. They're singling you out to make fun of you, and that's not right in any circumstances.
