Umm I've got multiple teeth pulled and you only have to wait 12 hours at the most before you can eat again and they give you anestethics (if I spelled that right.) I'm 14...

Thats nothing. I had to take huge risk while pulling the tooth out. I had inflammation of the gums around the tooth i had to pull. And if you apply pain killer or something like that while having inflammation it can go to serious health complications. So i took the risk and lower inflammation with nice hot tea made of chamomile.

ps you can lukewarm liquids and soft foods. I tell people this pretty much every day at work, as a dental assistant. even complicated extractions.

I had almost the same issue but I had to wait only 5 hours to eat
