Happy Birthday!

Today, I turned 37. My acne turned 24, my eating disorder 22, my chronic digestive issues 35 and my insomnia 16. My boobs, on the other hand, look like they just turned 60. FML

It’s ok really. The biggest issue I would say is to please get help for the eating disorder. There are support groups out there, and professionals that can help you. It’s unhealthy and can literally kill you. Acne - I’m certain you’ve tried every treatment there is, but there are always other methods. Changing your diet (could also be a way to manage the eating disorder), different remedies for the skin that aren’t just the chemicals found in the over the counter stuff. You could try a skin care specialist who specializes in alternative treatments. Your GI issues - it’s unfortunate, but something many people have to deal with. It’s manageable, between paying attention to what foods to avoid, and possibly medication. And finally, your boobs - bras that give you good support help a lot, and you can try skin tightening creams. And I’m sorry this is probably annoying af for you - I’m sure you’ve tried everything having gone through all this for so long. But I guess my point is there’s always hope, and you can fight this crummy stuff with action, acceptance, and positivity :) Like other people have mentioned (albeit jokingly), you are undoubtedly still a beautiful person - every diamond has its flaws - you will find someone who loves you exactly as you are (if you haven’t already), and please try not to let it get you down as you methodically seek out and work on new solutions. You can do it, and you can feel better, and you can be happy 😃❤️

I don't think 69 will ever become a relevant number for you.

Go whole foods plant based and if you’re doing it right should cure all of that minus the boob sag.
