i dont think its fair to generalize all retail managers as greedy and selfish. i suggest you try to have a more open mind, i heard it can take you a long way in life

If you ever worked retail, you'd know how big of a lie that is. Even if you give them what they want it's then your fault for not properly informing them.

"the customer is always right," does not give the customer the right to act like a jackass and treat the associates like crap. Especially when the customer is obviously a dumb ass.

Certain grooming stores or boarding places always use one color collar for dogs in a certain category (Washed/unwashed, sick dogs needing to quarantined, biters or dangerous dogs etc) It would have been irresponsible for OP to mislabel the dog because the owners a moron and an asshole. Honestly his business isn't worth endangering other dogs or upsetting an entire system.

Both red and pink used to be considered "male" colors, in the way back. This was the color of blood and was considered virile.
