Today, I asked my parents if the outfit I was wearing made me look fat. My mom looked at me and paused for a while; my dad said, "Honey, that outfit doesn't make you look fat. Your fat makes you look fat." FML

I think that he may have not being mean, he may have been trying to be sarcastic, trying to say that fat makes people look fat, and not their clothes

I never really have anything to say about these "you are fat" FMLs. If I knew how actually fat the person is, it would be different.

i agree with everyone else. if you know you don't have a fast metabolism, or are just unsatisfied with your weight, then you do what you have to lose it. i guess some people have it easier than others, but then again this is fuckmylife.com.

i tried on an old dress i had laying around the house to see if it'd fit for a funeral i had coming up. i told my mother i couldn't wear it because it makes me look pregnant. she promptly followed with "it's not the dress that makes you look pregnant."
