This happened to me when I got my nose pierced and I was using (the recommended) tea tree oil soap. I thought it was terribly infected, so I went back and they told me it was fine, I was allergic to the soap.
This is wayyyy not good enough to be an FML but woo at the doctor for laughing at you =]]
Traditional neosporin has three antibiotics, neomycin, polymyxin B, and bacitracin... ...You're probably allergic to neomycin. Get Polysporin, or anything that says "double-antibiotic" instead of "triple-antibiotic", as those have polymyxin and bacitracin without the neomycin. ... You're welcome...
If it took you days to have a reaction then it can't be too bad. I get an allergic reaction to adhesives (plasters, electrodes etc) that starts minutes after it's stuck to me, I have to take anything like that off after at most 5 minutes because my skin is burning so bad and the rash doesn't go down for days.
Not an FML. Seriously... If you didn't add all that razzle-dazzle this would say "Today, I found out I'm allergic to Neosporin. FML." It's not like a cute pet that you have to get rid of, it's just an ointment which you don't even need.
#2, I think this one is actually pretty good.

Hahaha, I love this.
Well, now you know. Stick to the old-school stingy peroxide stuff.
