Dude, this is a good thing!!! Congrats on keeping your job! The added work load might seem like it sucks but this is your opportunity to show some grit and excel!

The Boss is stupid. He now has to hire and train multiple people while overworking his current staff making it more likely they will quit as well. He should've just fired 2 or 3 to make an example out of them and threatened the rest. He may have just set back the company for the rest of the year.
