This could also be an FML for the fired workers depending on what they tested positive for, since some of them could have been busted for drugs they were taking for medical reasons(not that some bosses care), or consumed something else that gave them a false positive(like eating poppy seed bagels for breakfast and then testing positive for opium). In your case, tell your boss that if you're doing four times the work then you deserve four times the pay.
