Keep it down

Today, it's the second week into my new neighbors' routine. He works nights, she works days. He likes to blast out Slayer and Napalm Death all day, she likes to drunkenly sing out of tune to Adele all night. I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown. FML

Have a chat with them? Try not to seem too bitchy or they're not gonna want to do anything for you. Bring out the angel in you and manipulate them to do whatever you want. (Note: This only works if they have not really spoken to you before and know what you're really like)

Dont think that 21 has been sitting in a box all her/his life because theyre are some religions that do not allow you to listen to songs.

Actually my religion dosent allow it smartass! Dont be so judgemental. Before you write snide comments like these again use your brain. Im a Sikh, i wear a turban, im a very strict Sikh, the reason my religion dosent allow it is because some songs contain sexual content that prevents us from reaching god.

I do listen to music but thats just 'cause its a habit, i live in Vancouver because i have a right to and in Vancouver and also Toronto the population of brown people is higher than anywhere in North America. No none of the ten gurus say that but all of them have said to meditate because the whole purpose of our life is to find God, and you cant do that with songs playing in your head 24/7. Ecpecially if half of them include lust. P.S i dont listen to christan music becasue im not christian but there is Sikh music called Kirtan.

Is it the fact their is noise 24/7 stopping you from get rest or just peace and quiet?? Cause if you confront them about it, because this is a Valid complaint that can be taken to the police if they refusse to keep the noise down. The longer you wait, the most likely you will snap at the wrong time.

I don't see the fml in this? Napalm death, is a pretty good band, and Slayer is one of the greatest bands ever! And for the night, you could just put slayer on at your house and tune out the Adele.

I understand why you're about to have a breakdown OP, music and out of tune singing probably isn't the best mix for sleep when it's raping your ears nonstop. Try talking to them about it, if that doesn't work, try earplugs or other methods, and if all else fails you could always file a complaint.
