Besides her physically fighting you, this is the strongest sign that your partner isn't consenting to sex - a.k.a. RAPE. STOP IT. She could feel unable to say no for any number of reasons, but that doesn't matter, what matters is that she has to say "yes." As soon as you noticed something was wrong, you should've asked her if it was okay to keep going. It could be much more serious than her feeling bored.
