No worries OP, its not a fail. After my buddy had his gastric bypass surgery and went from 410 lbs to 193 lbs. If you can, lift weights and exercise regularly. If it doesn't fix itself, you could always have a surgery to remove it Also, congrats on the weight loss!
It's easier to not get fat in the first place.
Hopefully you were able to get the skin removed. Also, congrats on losing all that weight (assuming it was voluntary, of course).
Good job, it will probably go away.

That's common with dramatic weightloss. It's unfortunate, but there is not much you can do about it outside of plastic surgery.
