Why is abortion such a taboo? It ain't freaking murder! In the time it is allowed to abort a fetus, it did not develop brains yet, so it won't feel pain, it won't know anything. People all also seem to think they didn't use protection.. And others seem to think that condoms and birth-control pill never work.. Both are bullshizzle. Birth Control works about 99.9% of the time and sometimes, maybe in this case, it doesn't work.. And weather condoms work depends on if you use the right size, and only 1, 'cause some seem to think that 2 will give more protection, but then it actually may rip.. If they didn't use protection thou, YDI but I think it's more of an FYL since we can't really judge :P Oh, also, keep in mind, this world, especially the UK, a big part of the rest of Europe and the US are all quite overpopulated.. So less people isn't that bad :P

Ok, so in reading this FML, kinda reminded me of something that happened many years ago, I myself like the OP was in a relationship when I was 15 with a man who was older than me.. I found out I was pregnant and I told him, he too said he would be there...a few months went by we did not speak and he wanted nothing to do with my daughter, I was 16 when I had her, she is now 10 years old and it was the best decision of my entire life, abortion is not the answer, I understand sometimes people cannot raise a child, then don't have sex, and if you happen to get pregnant and do not want the baby, give birth and give the baby away. I kept my daughter and I have never regreted it, if I can do it at 16 then people who are adults can do it, no I did not have help or anything and no he does not pay child support or see her, he made a choice not to be a father just as women have rights not to be mother's. Abortion is not the answer.. Ruby- all men are not pigs and not all think with the head below their belt. I am currently with a man, who when I found out I was pregnant with our 5 month old son, after failed depo promised to be there and has been everyday, day in and day out with no regrets. There are good men but I think age has a whole lot to do with it, and a lot of it has to do with how you were brought up. If you have crappy examples of men in your life then you choose to either follow in their footsteps or be a better man!! And IMHO a baby is a baby from conception, this child already has a beating heart and has OP's blood running through their tiny little body. How can you honestly say a baby is not baby at conception if one of the first things to form is their heart? I do believe in pre-marital sex and I also believe if you do not want a child man or woman then you should take the responsibiltiy and protect yourself from becoming pregnant or getting someone pregnant. Do not trust that the other person is on BC or using an unexpired or untampered with condom protect yourself it is your body, and on my last thought have we forgotten that there are things that even penicillen will not cure and that are a death sentence if you contract them.. be responsibile if you are going to play and take responsibility. sex is an adult thing with adult consequences!!
