Today, it's been exactly two years since I got my last raise, and the amount I'd got still allows me the luxury of being able to afford a Snickers bar every month. FML

Well, lets hope your next raise allows for a monthly skittles pack. Who knows, with your luck you'll probably reach the pot of gold at the end of said 'rainbow'. Just remember to feed the vicious leprechaun your snicker bar. Those things get awfully hungry.

You must work......in the US ??? My last "raise" was 1%, it was the first one in two years, it will give me ALMOST enough for an extra tank of gas a month. Welcome to the club, we call it reality, we meet at the bar every Friday night.
