Congrats. I haven't had a raise since I got my job five years ago, because the government froze all non-union healthcare wages. Meanwhile the cost of gas has gone from 53cents/L to $1.37/L and the cost of living keeps going up.

Go to other job interviews. Then when you have something, put in your two-weeks notice and done! Work someplace where you feel respected.

Umm... I'm pretty sure that's a lie because minimum wage is $10.59 so u could get like 5 snickers bars a day :-p
