Never grow old

Today, I showed my fiancé the darling Tinkerbell hoodie I'd bought myself during the weekend. Instead of liking it as I'd hoped, he told me my childish wardrobe was embarrassing, and he wasn't going to be seen in public with me until I wore something different. FML

Most people who generalize are douchey bigots.

Guess that means he doesn't want to be your Peter Pan.

Screw him. Find yourself a guy who likes the same things you do. There are plenty of guys out there who wouldn't complain about a cartoon character on your hoodie.

Oh for jumpin Jeezus'sake...why does it matter how a person dresses, how shallow her fiance [and you] need be to open that sort of discussion. It's the inside that matters, and if she finds that sort of clothing cute, so be it. And it has NO RELATION to adulthood, there are enough idiots in suits and ties. What, you expect people to start dressing Amish once they're engaged? It's pretty damn sad, how people have to completely wrong idea of what being an adult is.

if your older than 26, I can see his problem.

Hmm!!! what an idiot jack a-- seriously!! sure you're prob a little too old for tinkerbell but who cares. he shouldn't be like that with you... a real man loves a girl/woman for who she is not what she wears!!

285: She didn't say he wasn't going to love her, it's just stupid. Anyone who uses "darling" to describe something needs to be shot. OP: Return it or wear it when you're with him. Easy as.
