I don't get this at all. Here's how I read it: "Today, my neighbors got their drugs and drug supplies taken away. I only moved in yesterday. Welcome our new, clean neighborhood, druggies. FML"
Probably too late now, but you did have a three-day right to rescind the mortgage.
welcome to the neighbor hood. bitch.
At least they got busted :)
At least you didn't find out because it exploded.
my area was on high alert as people were getting bashed stabbed mugged etc the irritating part about this is we weren't told by the police I found out through my own reliable sources, cops raided a house in my street searching for drugs about the same time, what a great area I live in but I've never had any major problems but I doubt they were making meth either
I grew up with a notorious method lab on my street. got busted like five times. people coming to our door all hours if the night looking for it. I'd like to think I turned out pretty normal. if that's possible after being yelled at by a drug addict for me to open the door repeatedly pine morning at 2 am.

Just because there is one meth lab in the neighborhood doesn't mean the entire neighborhood is full of druggies. You'd be surprised to know how many nice neighborhoods have drug houses in them that no one knew about. At least the police are on top of it.
Damn. That would have been one interesting "welcome" gift from your neighbour. ;-)
