Just stop showing up ! they will fire you eventually.
Ohh I'm sorry about that op. Awkward is my middle name. I feel ya
You should really quit OP, not only will you not be stuck in a job you don't want anymore but it will look better for future employers if you quit rather than get dismissed.
Well think about it. If you had quit three months ago, that "awkward conversation" would have been long forgotten, out of hindsight by now. It's best to just get it over and done with, because sooner or later you and your boss will have forgotten about it.
find another job first? that way, at least you will be moving onto something. may make it easier for you to go too. Good luck
Are you going to spend your life avoiding confrontation? I used to hate it too till the day I decided to stop being a doormat. You can do it too.
Wait to get fired. They'll have to legally give you a severance pay or package.
You don't get a severance package for being fired... That's if you get laid off.
Lucky you being able to afford not to work. I was given my notice last week that at the end of the month I am flying home and will be Jobless. Wanna Trade? Plus you'll find if you wanna quit the convo would most likey be You:- I wanna Quit my Job Your Boss:- Put it in writing that you are giving notice and hand it back to me End
