Tell your boss he is wrong and it is actually sunny and then say "Have you ever seen the rain, coming down on a sunny day".
All he could say was that his life is pretty plain, he likes watchin' the puddles gather rain.
I wish I had a job like meteorology. Where else do you only need to be right 25% of the time to be considered good?
That would call for immediate termination. Oh, but you wouldn't know, you're only 17. Not everything is violence in this world dude.
Violence is ALWAYS the answer. Everyone knows that
Maybe not a kick but a hell of a slap to the back of the head might put his thoughts back in place and make of him a lil bit less of a complete moron.
Yes. I'm 15. I work, I make my own money. And I'm damn proud of it. And putting into consideration what cheese here says as "advice" I'm pretty sure I know how life works. Not scissor kicking your boss. Which is sure to get you fired. And violence ISN'T everything. Violence didn't get us to the moon genius.
Not a lot of 15 year olds do. Viper out.
Talk to H.R. and have him fired for being to stupid to watch the weather channel
trying to get your boss fired could end badly for you. Also, still wondering if I know you, what grade are you in?
Pretty sure that insubordination? Could be wrong..
im either a junior or senior ill tell which when i get more info about you
He expected a correct report? Even weathermen are sometimes wrong.
Lol you don't live in New Zealand then. Weather forecasters are ALWAYS wrong here.
Apparently guessing the weather is a punishable offence...
i would talk to HR. if u fear ur job might be messed with, it already has been with the bogus write up. i then would call the Labor Board if u do not get the write up dropped. they'll make it right.
if it was so important, shouldn't he have hired someone that specializes in weather prediction, such as a meteorologist?
he also stated he just wanted a prediction. he didn't set aside rules on how accurate to be. the weather is unpredictable nowadays. and to have a random individual in the work place to predict it themselves without the special technology to do so, is just asking for inaccuracy. his fault OP.
