not really. we use head-chin support, which involves one arm going on the back up the back of the head, and the other arms goes from elbow-on-the-sternum up to hand-on-the-face. no groping as long as you do a decent job with hand placement. once you get them boarded, the hardest part is making sure the chest strap doesn't go anywheres squishy. but maybe the victims you are saving are proportioned a little differently from our LG class of all high-school students ;P honestly, the rescue that i find sketchy is a submerged passive non-spinal. you have to bring your arm across the chest and then use that hand to grab your rescue tube strap. i rescued my close friend, and she told me that it might help to be careful during practice, because even though she didn't care, others might have accused me of sexual harassment.

That used to get pretty tricky. You just have to remember that lives are on the line. I was able to put it out of my head when I spinaled anyone and didn't take it personal when I got the "bad touch" while being strapped in.
