This sounds perfectly normal for my family. If they're doing it now, I suggest you get used to it. It's only an FML if you let it be. Guilt works - make your mom feel really guilty about it, then she'll have to get you a nice wedding gift and be extra sweet to your mother-in-law.

Too funny. So nice to find out that Spencer from the Hills likes to contribute to FML. Not surprising his mother would use such language and act so inappropriately.

Well, family vacations for all might not be in the works, but tensions do run high around weddings, so don't lose all hope. Hopefully your mom can find a better way of saying what she needs to next time they argue.
