Today, I had to pee so bad that I ran downstairs with no glasses on and stumbled into the bathroom, half blind. I sat down on the toilet and realized just a little late that my older sister and her boyfriend were having sex in the bathtub. FML

What I'm confused about is them not hearing OP fall down the stairs. Or they did hear and just kept going. Might just be me but you think they would stop at that point to either check on OP or to make sure she wouldn't walk in.

Does the bathroom have to be on a different floor? Often in two story houses there's a bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms, and that's Always the case if it's a one story house
