I feel really really bad for you. My sister had brought scabies into the house. Since you are pregnant take and oatmeal bath along with tea tree oil. It really does help. Trust me!
I get allergic rashes all the time since I'm VERY sensitive/allergic to fragrance & masking fragrance (perfume and cologne) and essential oils. If I'm around people who are wearing some, I get itchy but can deal with it. If they are wearing a lot, it is hard to breathe and I'm really itchy. If it's in the air (people spray it so it is on their skin or the defusers, potpourri, etc.) I am barely breathing (forcing myself to breathe until I can get away from it), my skin turns beet red, I have hives, and I am scratching with anything and everything I can get my hands on (including fingernails, teeth, scissors, counters and walls, etc.). Even after I start bleeding, I don't care. I am way to itchy to stop. I have scars from this. My doctor verified that it is allergies but she couldn't give me allergy medicine to take after I am exposed (I have a lot of goofy allergies). Baking soda works wonders.
Without a sense of smell, I often don't know that I've been exposed until I react.
I'm just gonna hope she thought it was a rash and then ****** up. I really hope everything turns out okay.
Some friend. Look online, you might be able to find a natural of non- poisonous way to deal with it. So sorry.
buy dermsil off of amazon, it's a sulfer mix and safe for baby. it saved the shit out of me. if it burns and itches when you put it on it means its them them. also stay on the cool side it keeps them inavtive. it nay not get rid of them all but it will help so much until you can take the pills or permiyherine cream
you shpukdnt get it unless the infected area was directly on your skin
the only way you would catch it is if you had long skin to skin exposure or wore her clothing within 24 hours. they need a host or they die. unless you were trying on clothes with her or had sex, you're most likely fine.

That's very inconsiderate of your friend to do knowing you're pregnant. Hope you didnt catch anything.
I hope you didn't catch anything, your friend is very inconsiderate to potentially put you through that!
