Today, my boyfriend and I took a late night drive, and after a while he stopped at a gas station and asked if I wanted anything. I replied, "Guess." He came out and gave me a box of tampons. Apparently, I've been bitchy. FML

Today, during my boyfriend's family reunion, I started my period but didn't have any tampons. I asked my boyfriend to ask his mom if she had any. I sat on the toilet waiting, then heard him loudly ask his whole family "Does anybody have a tampon my girlfriend can have?" FML

Today, on the way out to buy groceries, my boyfriend asked if I'd like him to buy some of my favourite flowers. Happy with his rare show of affection, I said yes. When he returned, he gave me a bag of our usual brand of flour and laughed hysterically in my face. FML

Today, as he was going out, I asked my father if he stop by the store and buy some tampons for me and toilet paper for the house, because we have been out for the last 5 days. He came home with a 30-pack of beer and cigarettes instead. I just started my time of the month and we have no more money. FML

Today, my boyfriend asked me to pick up a few things from the store for him while he was at work. After picking up everything he asked for, I wasn't left with much money so I used $50 from my account. When he got home he then grumbled about me spending all of "his" money. FML

a.) good for the guy, since he at least thought of something that would help you when your on your period...and grats to him for buying it and not being a bitch about it. b.) i hate it when guys assume its 'that time of the month' just because you're bitchy. honestly, i have never pms'ed or had a bitchy period. why? periods kill me. when they happen i just want to go curl up in a corner until its over. c.) if she was being bitchy, and he came back with tampons and it wasn't her period...i can quite imagine the guy getting yelled at for assuming that she had her period, because i'd yell at him too. of course, i never would say 'guess'. i'd just say 'i dont care' if i wanted him to choose some random snack. as for when i'm bitchy...it's probably because i'm pissed off and some good ol' exercise or competition will get rid of that faster.
