We should wait for more information before judging. Maybe she has a bad housing situation. Lost her place or got kicked out or something, and had literally no one else to fall back on. You might be the only thing that's keeping her from being homeless.

If it's on FML then I have doubts about that being the situation, but that could be the case so i'll hold off on my doubt

Even if that is the case #35 she shouldn't have just shown up unannounced with all her stuff assuming she was moving in. That is something that you need to talk to the other person about beforehand.

The only thing that would make me disagree its the fact that they have only been on two dates.Bad housing situation or not you probably barley know them.

Not his problem, regardless of her situation. He took her on 2 dates. He is not therefore obligated to allow her to move in.
