Man, it's always moments like that make me wish that I could come up with an intelligently snarky comeback on the spot (with just a dash of morbidity to really scare their traps shut). Situations like that though seem completely unfair to the female populace; with factors like.. 1) Ideas of romance being popularized and shoved down the youths throats to be the only truly satisfying happiness in life one can experience. 2) One gender being constantly encouraged to practice and express their sexual desire as the other is raised in an opposite belief to, 'preserve their purity image'. 3) Women being responsible for enforcing condom-use instead of the "uncontrollable" male. (I think that one is caused by society attributing many traits, including passivity, to femininity.) With those sort of factors, it's really stupid to get upset with the obvious results. But even if that baby-sat kid was yours, who the hell did is she to tell you what's what, preaching and screeching at you from a god-damned pedestal..I'd be more concerned with the fact that she had nothing better to do with her time, than to terrorize and curse at toddlers. XD

honestly should i ever come in a remotly likevise situation my "obviously illadviced) reaction would most like be to go my own insane rant about how good honest people can't be free of crazy people anymore. sure i'd be no better than her but seeing her reaction to being on the receiving end of an insane rant would most likely be fun.

That happened to me when I was 12, I was tall and a little chubby, so when babysitting 5 week old twins, I had several older women giving me dirty looks and eventually one came up to me and scolded me about it.

The woman may have been wrong to assume it was your kid but she has a right to swear - if the child picked it up, that's tough...
