@ 568 Phew, if he feels bad for what he did then that makes everything all better. And if an animal is annoying you; you shoo it away, you don't kick 'em. And he did put "kick" not "nudge". So his fault if he didn't use the correct wording. I do believe it was accident, but someone hitting a pedestrian because they were speeding is also an accident. Still doesn't let them from being off the hook for being a retard.
You kick your cats?????
Yes monkey314159 the OP is a retard because being fully awake and accidentally hitting a pedestrian is the EXACT same thing as being in a state of half-consciousness and accidentally "kicking" their child which they mistook for being a cat........Seriously? You're remedial aren't you? Not only that I don't think the OP realized that ppl, including you, were gonna be stupid enough to take the word kick to mean attempt game winning field goal and give it all ya got for grandma. kick (kk) v. kicked, kick·ing, kicks v.intr. 1. To strike out with the foot or feet. Oh look at that. The actual definition of kick. READ IT. Looks like the correct usage to me.

LMAO must have been a hard kick to do that and even then, why the hell would you kick a cat that hard?
I don't think your child will be crawling in your bed anymore for a while... if ever.
