a women in Australia got 10,000 dollars because it was an inexcusable way of firing her. you should do the same.

that is pretty shit. its actually illegal to do here in Australia and a boss who did do that to an employee got sued for 10k due to loss of wages and firing for no reason. Here you have to give warnings and meet/mediate with any staff members before firing them you can't just go get out unless you are a contractor and your contract is on a day by day basis even casuals usually get warned that work is running out
